STEM Discovery Day
INFORMS Student Chapter at Auburn University collaborates with Auburn University College of Engineering and College of Science and Mathematics to conduct fun and scientific activities related to Industrial engineering and Optimization for Middle school and high school students from Lowndes County in STEM Discovery Day on Nov 8th at Shelby center courtyard at 10 am to 12 pm.
In this event, each science and engineering department has a representative, and INFORMS Student Chapter represents the activities related to Industrial and Systems Engineering. During this fun activity, students will learn about the Shortest Path optimization problem and its applications in their everyday life, problem solving and decision making.
